User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to Omkiri, a minimalist hero interactive image generation application designed exclusively for iOS devices. By downloading, installing, and using Omkiri (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement (the “Agreement”). This Agreement outlines the rules for using the App, your rights and responsibilities as a user, and our commitments to protecting your privacy—most notably, that we do NOT collect any facial information, facial features, or any data related to a user’s face at any time.

Omkiri’s core function is to allow users to upload non-real-person images from local device gallery, and generate customized interactive pictures combined with official built-in hero role materials. The App does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal identification information to access all its core features. Your use of the App is completely anonymous, and we are committed to providing a simple, secure, and private role image creation experience for all users.

2. User Eligibility and Acceptance

By using Omkiri, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement and that you have the right to use the App in your region. If you are not of legal age, you may only use the App with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be deemed responsible for your compliance with this Agreement.

Your use of the App constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions in this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop downloading, installing, and using the App.

3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules

When using Omkiri, you agree to adhere to the following rules and responsibilities to ensure a positive creation experience and standard service operation:

3.1 Uploaded Image Guidelines

Omkiri is limited to non-real-person image creation only. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading any real-person photos, human portrait images, face-containing pictures for role interactive synthesis. You may only upload original cartoon images, pet images, scenery images, hand-drawn images and other non-human images that you own or have authorized usage rights. You agree not to upload any images that:

Infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights and privacy rights of any third party;
Contain illegal, harmful, offensive, violent, obscene or discriminatory content;
Violate public order and good customs or local regional content regulations;
Contain human face, real human body features or any identifiable personal biometric content.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all images uploaded by yourself, and you agree to indemnify and hold Omkiri harmless from any claims, damages, or liability arising from your uploaded image content.

3.2 App Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized or commercial profit-making purposes;
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App’s code, AI synthesis algorithm and hero role resource library;
Use bots, scripts or third-party auxiliary tools to occupy synthesis resources or crack app usage rules;
Deliberately upload real-person face images to test, induce or break the app privacy protection mechanism;
Distribute, modify, disassemble the built-in hero role materials provided inside Omkiri without permission.

3.3 Core Privacy Protection Rule

As a fixed service rule of Omkiri, we reaffirm that we do NOT collect any facial information, facial features, or any data related to a user’s face in all service links. This rule applies to image uploading, AI synthesis, data transmission and local caching whole process:

We do not collect facial biometrics, facial contours, facial landmarks, skin texture or any human facial identification data from any uploaded pictures. Even if users mistakenly upload real-person face images, the system will automatically skip all face content and will not extract, identify or store any facial data.
We do not deploy facial recognition, facial detection and face analysis algorithms in the whole AI interactive image generation process. The AI only matches uploaded non-human elements with built-in hero roles for visual synthesis, without any face identification behavior.
We will never store, transmit, backup or share any facial-related data. No facial information will be retained on app local cache, cloud server and third-party AI service terminal.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Uploaded Image Ownership

You retain full ownership of all qualified non-real-person images you upload. Uploading images to Omkiri only authorizes the app to use images temporarily for hero interactive synthesis, and no ownership transfer happens.

4.2 Generated Interactive Image Ownership

Users obtain personal non-commercial usage right of all finished hero interactive images generated by the App. Built-in hero role elements belong to Omkiri and its authorized parties. Users shall not sell, spread, modify generated images for commercial use without written permission. Omkiri will not obtain or collect any facial data from finished interactive works.

4.3 App Intellectual Property

Omkiri brand logo, interface design, built-in hero role resources, AI synthesis technology and program code are protected by intellectual property laws. Users have no right to copy, resell, modify or use the above resources without official authorization.

5. App Availability and Updates

We strive to maintain stable operation of hero interactive image generation service, but we do not promise zero failure or zero interruption of service. We may launch version updates, hero library updates and function optimizations irregularly. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept revised service terms.

We reserve the right to adjust service rules and hero role resources, and our core commitment to not collecting any facial information will not be changed arbitrarily.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Omkiri is provided “as is” and “as available” without explicit or implicit service warranty. We shall not be liable for the following circumstances:

Image synthesis style deviation, generation failure caused by network fluctuation;
Image loss caused by users’ manual deletion or local device cleaning;
Rights disputes caused by users uploading unauthorized or real-person images against rules;
Service suspension caused by routine server maintenance and system upgrade.

Users use the App voluntarily at their own risk, and Omkiri bears no indirect liability for user usage behavior.

This Agreement takes effect on April 08, 2026. Our permanent rule: we will never collect, identify or store any user facial information, facial features and facial biometric data.

7. Termination

We have the right to restrict or terminate your app usage permission if you upload real-person face images repeatedly, violate content rules or break service restrictions. After usage permission is terminated, you shall stop all app operation behaviors immediately, and no unused service rights will be refunded.
