Subscription Agreement

1. Introduction

Omkiri is a minimalist hero interactive image generation application designed for iOS devices. Its core service is allowing users to upload non-real-person images, and generate exclusive interactive pictures combined with built-in hero role materials. This Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) regulates the terms and conditions for all optional subscription services (the “Subscription Service”) offered by Omkiri and purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. By purchasing or activating any Omkiri subscription plan, you agree to comply with this Agreement, as well as Omkiri’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

The Subscription Service is optional; users can use basic hero interactive image generation functions for free without subscription. This Agreement details subscription tiers, exclusive benefits, pricing, payment rules, auto-renewal rules, cancellation rules and other service terms.

2. Subscription Tiers and Benefits

Omkiri offers two simplified subscription tiers for hero interactive image creation. All subscription benefits are bound to the user’s Apple ID, and only take effect on the purchased iOS device. Free users need to consume in-app gold coins for each image generation behavior:

2.1 Monthly Subscription

Short-term monthly billed subscription plan for casual users, benefits as below:

Remove pop-up service reminders during image generation;
Stable priority generation speed for hero interactive pictures;
Follow the same gold coin consumption rule as free users per generation.

2.2 Annual Subscription (Premium)

Long-term annual billed premium subscription plan for frequent creation users, includes all benefits of Monthly Subscription, with exclusive core privilege:

No gold coin consumption for all hero interactive image generation behaviors permanently;
No extra limit on daily image generation quantity.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

3.1 Subscription Pricing

All subscription prices are displayed inside Omkiri officially, settled in the local currency matched with user’s App Store region. Platform official price adjustment will be notified to users 7 days in advance via in-app notice. Users confirm to accept the renewal price at the time of auto-renewal.

3.2 Payment Processing

All subscription fees are processed exclusively via Apple In-App Purchase. Users authorize Apple to deduct fees from the bound Apple ID payment method. Omkiri will not collect, store or obtain any user payment card information, account fund information or payment privacy data. All payment procedures are supervised and managed by Apple officially.

Payment shall be completed when subscribing or renewing automatically. Failed deduction caused by insufficient balance or expired payment card will suspend all subscription privileges until the payment is completed successfully.

4. Auto-Renewal Terms

All Omkiri subscription plans adopt default auto-renewal mode, complying with Apple App Store unified subscription rules:

The subscription will auto-renew for the same billing cycle at the current official price, unless users cancel auto-renewal setting before the current billing period expires;
Apple will complete renewal deduction within 24 hours before the current subscription expires;
Users can check, modify or close auto-renewal status anytime in Apple ID Subscription Management page.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel subscription auto-renewal voluntarily at any time via iOS device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Omkiri. Cancellation will not terminate current subscription privileges immediately; users can enjoy all subscription benefits till the end of the paid billing cycle.

5.2 Refund Rules

All subscription refund applications are reviewed and processed solely by Apple Official Support. Omkiri has no authority to approve, reject or operate any refund behavior. Users shall submit refund demands to Apple official channel independently. No partial refund will be offered for unused subscription days after voluntary subscription purchase.

6. Subscription Usage Rules

6.1 Content Usage Rule: All subscribed users must abide by Omkiri User Agreement. Users are forbidden to upload real-person images, portrait pictures and face-containing images for hero interactive synthesis, regardless of subscription identity.
6.2 Privilege Restriction: Subscription privileges including gold-coin-free generation are non-transferable, non-saleable, exclusive for personal Apple ID use only. Users cannot share, rent or resell subscription benefits to third parties.
6.3 Service Scope: Subscription privileges only apply to official built-in hero role matching and non-real-person image synthesis service, not applicable to third-party customized image creation services.

7. General Clause

7.1 Service Disclaimer: Omkiri provides subscription services on an “as available” basis. Temporary service suspension caused by network failure, server maintenance and system upgrade will not be deemed as service breach.
7.2 Account Punishment: Omkiri has the right to suspend or terminate user subscription privileges if users violate upload rules, abuse subscription generation privileges or crack app service rules, without refund for remaining billing period.
7.3 Term Survival: Payment deduction, refund, auto-renewal, privilege restriction clauses will keep valid after subscription expires or terminates.
