Its core function is to allow users to upload non-real-person images from their device’s photo gallery, and generate exclusive customized interactive pictures combined with built-in game hero role materials. A key feature that sets Omkiri apart is that it does not require users to create an account, log in, or provide any personal identification information to access and use all of its core functions. Every interaction with the app is completely anonymous, straightforward, and focused on delivering a simple, private role interactive creation experience.

This Privacy Policy is intended to clearly explain how Omkiri handles user data, with a primary and repeated emphasis on our commitment to protecting user privacy—most importantly, that we do NOT collect any facial information, facial features, or any data related to a user’s face under any circumstances. We believe in full transparency about our data practices, which are designed to be minimal, non-intrusive, and focused solely on providing the best possible user experience without compromising privacy.

2. Core Privacy Commitment: No Facial Information Collection

The most important aspect of Omkiri’s privacy practices is our unwavering commitment to not collecting any form of facial information from users. This commitment is embedded in every part of the app’s design and functionality, and we want to be absolutely clear about what this means for you:

2.1 No Collection of Facial Information or Facial Features

We do NOT collect any facial information from users, and this applies to all interactions with the app. Omkiri only supports uploading non-real-person images for hero role interactive creation; users are prohibited from uploading any real-person portrait photos. Even if users upload irrelevant real-person images by mistake, the app will not capture any face-related content, specifically:

We do not collect facial biometrics, facial contours, facial landmarks, or any details about a user’s facial appearance. This includes, but is not limited to, eye shape, nose structure, mouth shape, cheekbones, skin texture, facial expressions, or any other characteristic that could be used to identify or describe a person’s face.
We do not use facial recognition technology, facial detection algorithms, or any tools that would isolate, analyze, or capture facial information from the images you upload. When you upload a non-real-person image, the app’s AI processes the image solely for the purpose of combining it with built-in hero roles to finish interactive picture creation—there is no step in this process that involves extracting or processing facial data.
We do not store, transmit, or share any facial information because we never collect it in the first place. There is no database, server, or local storage within the app that contains any facial data, facial features, or facial identifiers from users.

2.2 Why We Do Not Collect Facial Information

Omkiri is designed to be a simple, fun, and private tool for creating hero role interactive images with non-real-person materials. The app only accepts non-human, non-portrait, non-real-person image materials for role synthesis. Collecting facial information is completely unnecessary for the app’s core interactive image generation function. Our AI image synthesis process does not require any facial data to produce complete hero interactive pictures, ensuring that your privacy is fully protected during the whole creation process.

3. Limited Data Collection (Excluding All Facial Information)

If you choose to save the hero interactive image generated by the app, it is stored only on your local iOS device (in your device’s default photo gallery or a dedicated local folder within the app). You have full control over these images and can delete them at any time directly from your device.

3.3 Anonymous Usage Data

Omkiri collects a small amount of anonymous, non-identifiable usage data solely to improve the app’s performance, stability, and user experience. This data is aggregated and cannot be linked to any individual user, and it never includes any facial information. Examples of this data include:

Basic device information (e.g., device model, iOS version, screen resolution) to ensure the app works smoothly across different devices;
Usage metrics (e.g., the number of interactive images generated per session, commonly selected hero roles, app session duration) to optimize the app’s speed and synthesis efficiency;
Technical data (e.g., app crashes, loading times) to fix bugs and improve operational reliability.

4. Data Usage

All data collected by Omkiri is used exclusively to deliver and improve the core hero interactive image generation service. We do not use any data for advertising, user profiling, or any other purpose unrelated to the app’s functionality. Specifically:

Uploaded non-real-person images are used only to combine with built-in hero roles to create interactive pictures—they are not used for any other analysis, sharing, or storage beyond the immediate synthesis process;
Anonymous usage data is used solely to fix technical issues, improve the app’s performance, and adjust hero role matching effects for better user experience;
No facial information is used for any purpose, as it is never collected. There is no scenario in which facial data would be processed, analyzed, or shared by Omkiri.

5. Data Storage

Omkiri’s data storage practices are designed to minimize data retention and protect your privacy. We do not store any unnecessary data, and all stored data is protected by industry-standard security measures:

Original uploaded non-real-person images: These are processed in real time and deleted immediately after the interactive image is generated. They are not stored on our servers or in the app’s local storage unless you choose to save the finished interactive image (which is stored only on your device);
Generated hero interactive images: These are stored only on your local device, and you can delete them at any time. We do not have access to these images or any control over them;
Anonymous usage data: This data is stored on secure, encrypted servers for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This data is always aggregated and non-identifiable, so it cannot be linked to you or your device.

6. Third-Party Services

Omkiri uses a trusted third-party AI synthesis service to process uploaded non-real-person images and finish hero interactive image creation. We have carefully selected this third party and have confirmed that they share our commitment to not collecting any facial information. Specifically:

The third-party AI service processes images only for the purpose of combining uploaded materials with built-in hero roles to generate interactive pictures;
The third party does not collect, extract, store, or process any facial information from the images you upload;
The third party does not share, sell, or use the images or any associated data for any purpose beyond providing the interactive image synthesis service to Omkiri;
Omkiri does not integrate with any other third-party services (such as social media platforms, analytics tools, or advertising networks) that would collect additional user data. The only third-party interaction is the secure, temporary transmission of images to the AI service for role interactive synthesis, with strict privacy control rules in place.

7. User Control Over Data

Since Omkiri does not require an account and collects no personal or facial information, you have full control over all data related to your use of the app:

You can delete any generated hero interactive images directly from your device’s photo gallery at any time;
You can clear all local data associated with Omkiri (including any saved interactive images) through your device’s iOS settings;
You can stop using the app at any time, and no residual data (including facial information) will remain on our servers or your device beyond what you choose to keep in your photo gallery.
